Deposit Alternative Program

We're proud to offer a Deposit Alternative Plan ("DAP") which lowers move-in costs by eliminating the deposit. The DAP is a low-cost addition to your monthly charges upon credit approval. Ask our leasing team for more information!

PetScreening

PetScreening screens household pets, validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals (Service/ESA/Companion), and confirm every resident understands our pet policies to maintain a pet-responsible environment.

Package Receiving

Live your best life and grab your packages at a time that's convenient for you! Package lockers are located on-site where your packages will remain until you’re home. Electronic notifications are sent each time we receive your delivery.

Cats and Dogs Welcome (some breed restriction see below)

Maximum Pets per Apartment: 2

Pet Deposit per Pet: $300.00 (refundable)

Monthly Pet Rent per Pet: $35.00

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terrier, StaffordshireTerrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow

We strive to help ensure mutual accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all our residents and tenants. It’s imperative that ALL our residents and tenants fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies. This also includes residents and tenants that do not own a pet or animal. We require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process through petscreening.com. If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a registration fee of $20 for your first pet and $15 for your second pet.
